Darin K. Dood | Professional Development Committee Chair
We will be sharing more details about the Summer Workshop planned for Mt. Pleasant in the coming months, including information on speakers, sessions, and registration. Be sure to mark your calendars and save the dates for what promises to be another exceptional event!
The Professional Development Committee (PDC) is in full swing, having met several times working to offer an array of Summer Workshop content that will be insightful, provoke thought and wellness, and will offer time for meaningful relationship-building opportunities. More information on sessions, speakers, and activities will be announced shortly.
I’d like to thank the PDC’s Activity Sub-Committee for their work on making sure that we have options for unique opportunities that exist in Mt. Pleasant. City Manager of Mt. Pleasant Aaron Desentz has also been a tremendous help to the PDC, and we are grateful for his eagerness to showcase Mt. Pleasant and to help make the Summer Workshop a success in his community. Hotel information is now available on the MME website here.
The PDC is looking forward to connecting with all of you this summer!
