You Are MME – Tell Your Story!

By Matt Baumgarten

The Advocacy Committee’s first and foremost mission is to promote MME and the municipal executive profession.  I can think of no better way to do so than to give our 200+ members a platform to tell their stories.  The Municipal Executives Profiles are a snapshot of the men and women who make communities across Michigan better each and every day.  We cannot advocate for our noble profession without these stories.  Our committee’s goal is to feature at least one new MME member each month.  These profiles will not only be shared on mme.org but also on the organization’s social media accounts as well.  This is open to ALL members.  So please contact MBaumgarten@BerkleyMich.net with your ideas for an MME profile. You know you are doing wonderful things, help us tell your story.

Speaking of telling the MME story, be sure to “follow” MME’s Twitter page @MIMunicipalExec. And as you post about your fantastic community, feel free to tag MME so that we can all hear about and enjoy how great your community is doing. Check out our Twitter page.
